January 27, 2024 - Dark fruit, black currant and maybe fresh plum.
This was perfect - fresh with good structure and easily enjoyed -

January 13, 2024 - Although still young I find it very lush and expressive. Tannins are well integrated and it is very enjoyable today but will last for decades. This is one of the best from a very good year.

July 15, 2023 - Aired for 2 hours. Dark cherry, plums and pencil lead. Still got some tannic grip. Not overtly complex and will give it more time in the cellar to integrate

July 8, 2023 - Bert's pension party part 2; Bordeaux (@ BV): Very youthful bouquet with cherries and black berries as well as beautiful vanilla from the oak. On the palate cherries and black- as well as red berries. Beautiful acidity and round tannin. Youthful, mouth filling and beautiful wine with a future of at least another decade. 93+ for now.
