Palate: Dry. Medium Acidity. Low Tannin. Medium Body. Pronounced Flavour Intensity of Honey Suckle, Vanilla and Apple Pears. Medium Finish of Juicy Apple Pears. -

March 5, 2023 - nicely aged Bordeaux Blanc. Mellow acidity with fresh fruit and complex tastes. We really enjoyed this wine on a warm spring evening by the pool. Enjoy now.
