April 7, 2023 - 2.5 hour decant. Cedar plank salmon for dinner. Blue-black fruits emerging. A tad dusty on the finish. Much better than my bottle 2 years ago. I can see where this will be in a few years and it will be good. Enjoy now with 3 - 4 hours of air of wait another 2 - 3 years for natural integration.
