April 9, 2024 - Drank with the Stevie Ws last week at a NYC Indian restaurant. Dark gold and fairly clear in color. Medium body with sherry-like qualities. Quite nutty, with some dried fruit notes, caramel and perhaps ginger. Much lighter in weight than I expected, clearly a result of the wine's age. A very interesting pour but clearly beyond it's expected drinking window.

July 5, 2008 - Golden colour. Lychee, spice and poached pears. The palate is rich and unctuous with good acidity, but finishes a touch bitter. Drink now.
