March 5, 2022 - Bruised green apple, lemon zest, and oaky butter with some tropical fruit influence. Green apple flavor, peach pits, vanilla and buttery oak. Starting to show some age. Well balanced, with a nice thick texture. Very good, but not my favorite flavor profile — maybe not fresh enough? Still tasty tho.
