March 24, 2024 - This classic St Estephe is drinking nicely now although it improved during a couple of hours in the decanter. Probably will remain at this level for a few more years so no rush on this one. But if you do open it now you won’t regret it.

March 20, 2024 - The nose was burley, muscular, primary, smells like young wine. The palate is much lighter and lifted than expected, allowing me to think this just needs some more time. I’ll hold off for another few years on the remaining.

March 3, 2024 - Delicious, chocolatey, ready without a decant. Drink now.

February 19, 2024 - Pretty similar to Nov 2022 although it came across maybe just a bit more astringent and tightly wound this time. It’s a heavy and muscular style of Bordeaux. Should still have several good years.
