February 8, 2024 - 75% Sauvignon, 23% Sémillon & 2% Muscadelle. Decanted an hour. Enjoyed over 1h.
Salinity, hazelnut, pear, golden apple, hint of honey drizzled crossiant, beeswax, grapefruit zest, wet rocks.
Paired awesome with a reverse seared then charcoal seared thick cut bone in pork chop, & apple harvest salad. -

Pronounced intensity on the nose with peach, green apple, bruised peach, dried apple, hazelnut, honey, brioche, spice and vanilla.
Pronounced intensity and dry on the palate with melon and grapefruit coming through. High acidity, medium alcohol, medium plus body and finish. -
