December 26, 2019 - Citrus with some lemon oil and a bit of petrol. Open to pair with bbq prawns that had a tad of spice and lemon juice and the match was pretty lovely.

October 1, 2017 - Paired well with salmon and rice. Light, floral, melon, vanilla nose. Light to start, taste some tart green apple, some lemon, and closes with a mineral burst. Bright.

July 3, 2017 - Lacked acid, and some density, and came off as a one-dimensional apple flavored wine with some residual sugar. Similar to some Pinot Gris, but with less density.
