August 16, 2020 - Full body, deep purple color. Intense ripe black and blue fruits, tobacco and leather notes aroma. Dominant sweet plum and blackberry following by peppery and a bit earthy finish. Simple but very bold, too powerful and slightly loses balance but nice acidity and structured tannins. Food friendly, enjoyable with grilled spicy vegetables. Open one hour ahead. Serve 15ºC - 18ºC. Drink now and next four years.

March 29, 2018 - Deep purple, charcoal and blueberry fruit. Spicy blackcurrant and blueberry on the palate. Good for the price.

March 17, 2018 - 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) from 50-70 yr old biodynamic vineyards. Manual harvest.
Natural yeast fermentation in concrete.
Aged 6 weeks in new French oak.
14.5% Abv. Matsu is a brand (project) of Vintae, the dynamic Spanish Wine enterprise founded by José Miguel Arambarri Terrero and sons.
Winemaker: Raúl Acha.
A(ccuray)=2: Med ruby/crimson. Fresh, ripe, varietal.
B(alance)=2: Good fruit and acid structure.
C(omplexity)=1: Dark berries, licorice.
D(epth)=1: Pure and pleasant. Average length and finish.
