February 10, 2024 - Garnet, low intensity, clear. Developed nose, medium(-) intensity with violets, forest floor, soil. Red berries, starting to dry up. On the palate dry, medium(+) acidity, high level of tannins. Rather short length, where the fruit disappears and only drying tannins and irritating acid remains.
There is a murky hint starting to show in end of midpalate. Some TCA? Don't sure. One bottle left, will not wait to long too drink and compare. -

March 2, 2023 - Tawny hue, low intensity. Developed (+), medium intensity nose. Interwoven bouquet starting with red sour berries, then forest floor/compost and, after a while in glass a floral whiff. On the palate dry, high acidity and tannins, medium body. Flat rice grain tannins giving a drying feeling. Austere. Good length, but a bit murky. Longing for creamy food.
Day two and the fruit has dried, leather added.
Undoubtedly best day one. Drink now. -

January 25, 2021 - Dry red cherry, roses, and a hint of licorice, with some earth, and loads of fruit-driven tannins. Like a young, traditional Barolo that’s a touch open-knitted and rustic. Enjoyable now with air, and well-worth a hold. Outstanding QPR.

July 9, 2020 - Assez court, pas beaucoup de fruit, tanins faibles, acidité moy.
Tout de même digeste mais moins bonne que la dernière.
Pas d'urgence, mais pas d'amélioration à venir je pense. -

April 15, 2019 - Dry and dusty, this drags across the palate like a ship's anchor on the sea bed. Earthy not fruity. Powerful acid structure which gives a pleasing and jagged mouthfeel. Plenty of craggy attitude here although its certainly an acquired taste. I'd allow 5 years before opening another.
