February 3, 2021 - Third bottle. Seems to have integrated, and each was better than the last. Another reviewer noted a fading acidity - we didn’t experience that. This was balanced, alive, bright tonight.

April 27, 2020 - Drank over two days. Lots of nice aromatics and juicy red fruit flavors. Unfortunately, the acid seems to have faded and this lacks freshness. Finishes weak. The first two bottles were great but this started to fade late last year..

Rhubarb, white pepper, raspberry, and spice. Everything nice.
