  January 12, 2024 - Decanted and let breath for five hours. Excellent wine and in the early drinking window, recommend food with consumption at this point. After about six hours it became very interesting as the flavor profile moved from Napa mountain fruit to a dominant lemon flavor—not a knock as it was fun. If I had another bottle I would wait another two, likely three years before opening. If opening now, please decant for at least two+ hours. Finish is fairly long.

  September 5, 2023 - Keeps getting better
  Subtle cherry in nose, rosemary, saffron, bay leaf
  Rich warm spices in flavor, very smooth mouthfeel. Tannins have mellowed.
  Excellent with paprika chicken

  April 2, 2023 - Great dark black and purple fruit backbone which is incredibly spectacular. Smoothed out tannins. Exposed to air in bottle for about an hour night one, was better night two. Would decant 2+ hours now or hold.
