May 7, 2011 - Giant Wine Sale & Tasting 5/7/2011 (Cellar on Greene, Columbia, SC): Took this to a friends house, already chilled, and enjoyed it early on a Sunday afternoon. This is very smooth and easy drinking. It is slightly sweet, and reminds me of strawberry Kool Aid we had as kids, before artificial sweeteners. Very pure strawberry flavors, and some cherry. Small active bubbles bring it into the palate. The adequate acid cleanses while the fruit does it's thing. Then we have a fairly sweet finish. That's all, this stuff could get addictive.
