December 6, 2007 - PredPredominant aromas of oak pepper and spice with some floral notes. Pepper, mixed spice, plum on the midpalate. Tasted blind would have thought this to be a zinfandel. A nice big finish with chewy but not overpowering tannins. Lingers on the tongue for nearly a minute.
