September 9, 2017 - Two thirds Alvarinho in this quite unusual blend. Barrel fermented.
Brass fading to yellow at the rim. Perfumed with obvious Alvarinho contribution featuring a compelling watermelon element decorating the sweet lemon and grapefruit aromas. Rich, smooth and unctuous with a perfect lift from its keen acidity and youthful fruit.1 person found this helpful Comment -

May 14, 2017 - Very nice aromatic intensity of esters (varietal shade of grapefruit) that is found in the mouth with a fine amylic shade ... a note "malabar" in the final (strawberry). The attack is frank with a beautiful acid balance which gives this wine not only freshness but also a beautiful persistence.
Très belle intensité aromatique d’esters (nuance variétale de pamplemousse) que l’on retrouve en bouche avec une nuance amylique fine…une note « malabar » en finale (fraise). L’attaque est franche avec un bel équilibre acide qui donne à ce vin non seulement de la fraicheur mais aussi une belle persistance. -

% 85 lik kısmı fıçıda, % 15 lik kısmı çelik tankta fermente edilmiş olup, kupaj çelik tankta 4 ay süre ile tortusu üzerinde dinlendirilmiştir.
Renk açık sarı.
Beyaz çiçekler ve meyve kokuları içeren zengin bir buruna sahip. Beyaz şeftali, mango ve portakal çiçeği kokularına mineral kokuları eşlik ediyor. Damakta ise ağız sulandırıcı dipdiri bir asidite. Beyaz meyveler ile birlikte yuvarlak bir orta damak. Mineralimsi uzun bir bitiş.
