Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Pinot Peter Likes this wine:

August 31, 2020 - good acidity, slight golden colour, no nose, started out with citrus notes and then more apple, intense flavours. This has aged very well. a pleasure to drink

July 23, 2020 - At this point in time the nose is exclusively about flowers and minerals. Very fresh and clean in the mouth but not as vibrant as before. Aftertaste has a bit of warmth and a hint of liquorice.
