February 17, 2019 - By the glass over dinner at Al Forno.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of jasmine flower, light saline minerality, citrus lime. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, low alcohol (11.5%), medium- body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus green lime, saline wet stones minerality, sweet green honeydew melon, some bittersweet candy. Medium- finish.
Good quality. Very easy drinking table white. Drink fresh.
Blend of Grechetto, with some Procanico and Viognier.
