October 5, 2011 - An absolute bargain at £8.50. Cherry, spice, and great perfumed nose. Easy drinking and medium bodied. Snap them up whil ethey are still available!

November 1, 2008 - Dark ruby colour. Full aromas of blackberry and cherry with some hints of tobacco and vanilla. Medium bodied with still lots of fruit and well integrated tannins. Medium finish. Balanced and ripe, not much left to resolve. Drink now.

I had this wine several years ago, and was not very impressed (rated 82-83 points). I thought they where over-oaked and to much fruit-forward. I decided to leave 2 bottles in the cellar. They have developed into something that I would call classic sangiovese! Quite nice....
