January 3, 2024 - Still a bit young and rustic, but this wine is coming into its own; probably another 1-2 years in the cellar before it can shine. Right now it's still too tightly wound.

September 22, 2022 - A bit disappointed by this wine; it's still so young and it's already losing the fruit; the nose it good, but it feels flat in the mouth. It's also missing the minerality so typical of this area. I don't know if it was just this bottle, or it's still too young, but I don't see how time is going to make it better; still, I've got a whole case to find out!

September 5, 2022 - Muddled fruit on the nose, blueberry compote, prune, and a nice herbaciousness/earthiness. This is a big, expansive wine; full bodied and bursting with flavor on the mid-palate. Great acidic backbone and balance. Nice minerality and long finish. 35% new oak, this comes off really harmonious and well-made. Cherry, herbs, sous bois, minerality, a kind of melon note.. I wish I had more.

December 4, 2021 - Some browning on the edges already which surprised me. One dimensional fruit that is a bit on the thin side.

July 26, 2020 - this has 93-94 potential in the future, very rich but with acidity and structure to hold the palate up, really nice early drinking Corton, but suspect the best time to drink this is 2035-2045
