June 15, 2021 - Honeyed texture, well balanced and longer than i would have thought; melon, subdued florals and saline finish. Honestly preferred this to the Carbonnieux of the same vintage. Super QPR

February 25, 2019 - UCGB tasting Bordeaux 2016 (Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam.): Overall still quite locked, firm and fresh citrus acidity, minerals. Not extremely complex, but certainly a very good wine. 89+

April 11, 2018 - Lemon blossom, raw almond, grapefruit, wet stones. Bright and tangy with a load of citrus and a minerally driven finish.

March 3, 2018 - 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon from 1.7 ha of gravelly soil.
Manual harvest. Barrel fermented. Aged 8 months sur lies in French oak (20% new).
    12.5% Abv. ~6,000 bottles.
Owners: Paulin & Isabelle Calvet. Consulting oenologist: Valerie Lavigne.

A(ccuracy)=2: Pale lemon/gold. Discrete, refined blend.
    B(alance)=2: Subtle fruit. Acid dominant.
    C(omplexity)=2: Green apple, lime, mineral.
    D(epth)=1: Average length and finish.

    Wine Tally Score [2,2,2,1] = 7/10

Restrained and elegant. Should pick up on D and perhaps C as well with some age.
