May 9, 2020 - Färgen är som korn precis innan det mognat helt på åkern
Doften är fin, men bred. Tycker att det finns salta smörkex, grillad mogen grape, lätta lätta vaniljtoner och något lite helt nykärnat gult smör.
Smaken fyllig och guldgul. Komplex men balanserad. Grillade citrustoner, fina ekfatseffekter, väldigt lätt smör och ön lättare vanilj, Ingen tokhög syra direkt.
Mår bäst efter en timme med luft.
Bra - och tror inte att den blir bättre än bra med fler år på rygg.

June 16, 2018 - Kind of sleek yet aromatic on the boost. Subtle oak, pine needles, rock dust. Acidity is nicely polished after four years, still fairly high but balanced and integrated. Very nice.
