October 11, 2021 - Round and ripe with a broad texture, but still had the textbook steely citrus and lemon fruit of Chablis. The intensity and richness was well-balanced by the crispness on the finish. Fantastic value.

February 5, 2021 - Light lemon toned and colored, this looks quite fat in the glass, with glycerin-rich legs. The nose though isn't overly heady, ripe peach but still that chablis crispness. This certainly has the opulence of the vintage, and is relatively ripe, juicy and open. A lovely lemony twist though on the finish keeps this balanced. Perhaps not bags of complexity, nor a textbook chablis (as few 2015s are), but this is very enjoyable. Drinking beautifully right now.

    January 11, 2021 - nose - fresh peach, seabreeze
mouth - very crisp, extremely refreshing, lively pit fruit, sleek, inviting, delicious chablis

August 22, 2019 - My contribution to a blind Chablis tasting and ended up WOTN. Nose - fresh minerality, tidal pool, pears, white blossoms, lime zest. Initally medium acidity that swells to a rich juiciness with a palate where the ripeness at harvest is present in the lemon, yellow raspberry, oyster shell, green apple & melon rind.

August 25, 2018 - Ripe citrus, fair amount of glycerine, average acidity, little in the way of minerality.
