  January 14, 2020 - Golden color. Very good restaurant BTG wine. Rich peach and lemon curd with unctuous, rich textures that imply a sweetness that isn’t quite there. Good weight and balance.

  September 24, 2019 - Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. 100% Grechetto. Medium lemon with a gold hue. The nose is clean, youthful, with green apple, pear, lemon, yellow peach, white flowers, fresh herbs and a hint of petrol or flint which is probably volcanic in origin. The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity and medium to medium (+) alcohol (13%). The palate is consistent with the nose and is intensely flavored, with a medium (+) long, minerally finish. This is a remarkably well made and complex exemplar of Grechetto. It is drinking well now and for the next couple of years or so.
