    June 16, 2023 - The first bottle was pretty much dead. This one as well. Sometimes consistency sucks. Nose of sous-bois and oak. Thin palate with faint memories of fruit with old leather and dead leaves.

    May 7, 2023 - Disintegrating cork. I should have gone with the Ah-So from the get go. Filtered to remove the crumbly cork. Nose… hmmm… not sure. Good news, it doesn’t smell deviant at all but it does smell evolved and weak… almost like the shadow of a wine. The palate follows suit: shrill, thin and uninteresting. Pass.
