  November 8, 2021 - Last bottle and this was less mature than previous outings, being lighter and more elegant in style than before, more Puligny than Meursault!
  All of which just goes to remind one that you never really know what precisely you are going to get when you open that bottle.

  June 21, 2021 - Different in style from many Stellenbosch or indeed Elgin or Hermanus Chardonnay. The colour was a comparatively deep gold colour and the nose suggested toast and butterscotch. This followed through to the palate, this being a somewhat “heavier” wine but in a way that was thoroughly enjoyable. More Meursault than Puligny-Montrachet. I suggest drinking fairly soon.
