Community Tasting Notes 1

July 25, 2003 - Tasted at McCarthy & Schiering. This was served a spot too warm. Despite that, it shows amazing minerality with a lemony edge on the nose. On the palate, this tastes of wet stone with a crisp, tart, citric edge. Serious puckering on the finish. The baby is loaded with acid. In fact, way too much acid. It is out of balance.
