January 29, 2024 - Decanted four (4) hours. Similar observations from prior experience. Offers aromas of white peach, apricot, butterscotch, and crushed stone. Sumptuous presence on the palate presenting flavors of ripe stone fruits, baking spice and roasted nuts. Active acidity contributes necessary lift leading to rewardingly long saline finish. Plenty of verve left here and should drink well for at least another 3-5 years.
