March 20, 2024 - I'm not sure that this wine could have been drinking any better, perhaps another year or two it would have had a little bit more depth. It was absolutely gorgeous, a very pretty, very floral nose, incredible body, gorgeous mouth feel, super plush with fine pebbly tannins, and overall a very sensuous and sexy wine. Red fruit, cedar, spice, persimmon, a touch of earthiness, and some herbs.
The finish was like silk and it had some length. I'm going to be looking for more of this, as this was a revelation. -

February 1, 2024 - Great effort from KB - this wine has really hit its stride, but sadly this is my last bottle. Notes of black raspberry, plum, cedar with hints of spice. Nice velvety mouthfeel with soft tannins, long finish. Paired with grilled firecracker salmon.
