  June 6, 2023 - Very light yellow in color. Nose of melon, lemon, honey, hay, and earth. Second nose of pear and minerality. Smooth and slightly tart with a dry finish.

  January 16, 2021 - This struck me as a bit quieter than most of the Napa SB/Sem blends, I've enjoyed in the past, but it still showed well. Seems to be in a good window, and I'm not too sure it will improve with more time. Lime pith, lemon, slight hint of grapefruit. A leafy character (like wet citrus leaves) was really pleasant on the finish. Paired very nicely with fish tacos.
