July 28, 2018 - Adelaide trip; 7/26/2018-7/29/2018 (Adelaide and the surrounding environs): sightly confected, dense, plums, a smidge of almost stalky herbaceousness. Muted earthy spice. Juicy, wet, that slight stalk note is here as well, dilute plum fruit, plenty of chalky tannic grip. Pretty average.
