January 10, 2024 - Lots of dusty green apple with crisp acidity. Good mouthfeel and very long finish. Nice champagne that seemed to get better after around 20 - 30 minutes. 89--90

December 31, 2023 - Fairly clear straw color. Nice mousse but on the lighter side of bubbles. Aromas of white cherry, almond, lime, nougat. Good body, nice mouth feel from the bubbles. The fore doesn't provide much, but the mid is loaded with bright limey citrus and sumo fruit, with brioche/yeast, and finishing with roasted almonds and sour cherry fruit. Key lime custard lingers on for a good bit.

March 19, 2023 - Gary's btl for our German, Alsace & Loire dinner in St Paul MN ( Pot hole capital of the US & apparently where snow removal is not high on Mayor Carter's list ). 12 of us gathered for an admirable assortment of Reisling & decent Thai. My champagne of the night and one of the best blts period. We had too many Donnhoffs & Müller-Catoirs for my liking at tonight's tasting so super glad we had 3 Champagnes & a couple excellent Mosels to offset the Pfalz Riesling delegation:).

April 17, 2022 - Easter Wines with Family (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Light gold color. Drank a couple glasses over 90 minutes. Fairly consistent with previous bottles. Very toasty and full of bread notes, citrus, stone and classicism. 91+pts.
