January 20, 2024 - Lots to like with smooth yeastiness under favors of golden delicious apples, lemon juice, and baked pineapple. It is balanced with a nicely tart, tangy finish and lingering baked apple notes.

November 23, 2023 - Sourdough bread, honey, lemon custard. Still good acid and solid carb but this is definitely melding as you'd like. Probably has 5 years left at least but drinking fantastically now also. Man this is good. If anyone argues quality of US bubbly, show them this.

April 21, 2023 - Honey, bready, yeasty, with a deep nose and a long long finish. Fantastic wine with. Lot of acid left. Could go easily 5-10 more years + but I wouldn’t be mad if you drank now.
