May 31, 2023 - This wine was consumed on a boat in the sun, so the total experience was much bigger than any notes I was able to pick up. But it seems to be consistent with my previous notes, despite different vintages. Also, I think this wine tastes Champagne rather than "natural grower" if that makes sense, and I mean this in a good way. Base '18, deg. 2021-05. 70% PN 30% CH.

August 4, 2021 - Subtle notes of red berries, tangerine, physalis and grapefruit. Hints of stone dust, cream and almond paste but, needless to say, the wine is bone-dry. Had this 3 months ago and found it nice but unconvincing, tonight it’s great, very enjoyable. Probably context/me-variation. Deg 2019-11, base ’16.
