  June 27, 2018 - Immediately I get lemon and white pepper and it reminds me of some of my favorite Austrian Gruners (see Nikolaihoff) or maybe a high quality Muscadet (see Domaine De L'ecu). It has a richness from extended lees contact that provides a depth and layer of complexity. Lioco sharply departs from there once you taste the explosive acidity. This is a rare Chardonnay in that it is 1. cheap (I paid less than $20) and 2. multi-dimensional. Lioco should have a permanent spot in the queue.
