  March 30, 2013 - Dark garnet color. Raspberry, italian herbs and a little cedar on the nose. Full and round mouthfeel - the tannins are sweet and tame at 8+ years. Beautiful balance - red fruit and bright acidity. Paired perfectly with grilled lamb chops (olive oil, salt, white pepper and sage seasoning). To all '90s Oroppas fans - yes, this is the fruit you loved.

  January 12, 2011 - Appealing nose of red cherry and toasted oak. In the mouth, bright cassis notes lead into red fruit and a little oak. Finishes with mineral notes, gently caressing tannins. Very well balanced. Throws a bit of sediment in the last glass of the bottle.
