May 10, 2017 - Cabernet Franc Masterclass (Bel & Brio, Barangaroo): Richer, red fruit but with a very slight tobacco leaf note, touches of chocolate and pencil shaving as well. More dense than the other three French wines in this bracket, with more tannic structure , quite drying and chalky and quite spicy on the long finish. it's a bit too oomphy for the fruit for me.
