Cream, butter, lemon over peach, clean, a little textured, perhaps a little residual sugar, touch of alcohol warmth, fruit a little muted, slightly bitter notes on the finish. Hmm.

January 26, 2018 - Better than average Pinot Grigio. Subtle aromas of lemon citrus, pears, and some minerality. Tart lemon, spicy white pear, and salty minerals on the palate. Nice balance of fruit and acidity. Solid finish.
