July 19, 2017 - Note to come...
Alcoholic and malolactic 50% stainless, 50% barrels. Pure Chardonnay. 6-8 months on the lees, light filtration, and 6mths bottle aging before release.
Molesini Wine Club cost - 18 Euro
Castagnoli is part of Consortium of Chianti Classico. Toscana IGT. 2014 received 91 from Suckling. Property consists of a medieval village in Gaiole in Chianti, surrounded by woods, olives and rows of cypress trees.
