September 15, 2021 - Green apple flesh color, really pretty. Nose is crisp, green apple jolly rancher! The green apple theme carries into the palate, along with white peach, and a hint of lime basil. Just the right amount of sweetness to go with spicey chili.
My first tread into riesling! Hope I do it justice. -

Nose - Stone fruits, Nectarine, Peaches, hint of honeysuckle
Palate - Good acid fruit balance, residual sugar, green apple with a bit of citrus, medium finish in length.
