February 9, 2019 - Flowers on the nose, yellow apples on the palate but with a lemon and lime acidity. Lively but balanced, not too sweet nor overly acidic. Might be a good into to Riesling for many.

January 16, 2017 - New Zealand London Annual Trade Tasting (Lindley Hall, Royal Horticultural Halls): The nose is dominated by petrol/rubber notes not leaving much room for the fruit to breathe.
The 8 RS shows a lot in the palate, green / underripe fruit, tropical fruit, pineapple, lime, lemon, med to high acidity, rich palate, long finish.
I think this one needs time in the glass to shine, if you're in a rush (or in the middle of a tasting) then you might think much of this.
