April 9, 2024 - Fantastic sherry wine, that paired perfectly with black truffle risotto. Lots of umami flavor in this quite dry version. Intense.

February 26, 2022 - From half-litre. L-PC-004. Of the three, this is far and away the most opulent and intense, with a nose showing notes of baking spice, orange peel, and caramel. Sweet and rich on the palate, with an oily texture and finishing with an accentuating bitterness that is really appealing. Hands down my favourite of the lineup.

May 30, 2017 - La Sorprendente Aparición de la Mantequilla Agria (Barra Territorio Era - Madrid): Just a few drops from a stylistic bottle. Hard to understand right now. Unbalanced on the palate where every element is on its own. Aggressive on the nose, alcoholic and quite simple. I would like some integration but doubt it comes in the next future.
IMHO it doesn't worth to pay that price, sorry.
Sólo unas gotas de una botella estilosa. Difícil de entender en este momento. Desequilibrada al paladar donde cada elemento está por su cuenta. Agresiva en la nariz, alcohólica y bastante simple. Me gustaría una cierta integración pero dudo que venga en el futuro próximo.
En mi humilde opinión no vale la pena pagar ese precio, lo siento.
