April 1, 2023 - Dehydrated strawberry, dried rose petal, granantic minerality, and forest floor.

Medium plus acid that finishes savory.

En magnum. Wow this is full of life on the palate and showing teritiary on the nose. Could go for awhile.

December 27, 2021 - Pale purple. A solid cru Beaujolais with classic notes of strawberry and cherry fruit supported by meaningful notes of stone and a good backbone of acidity. It has aged well. I wish I had another to try in a year or so.

December 22, 2021 - Quite disappointing. Opened for 3+ hours and just tasted dead. Faint aroma of raspberry and roses, but and unwaivering funky poopiness.

May 28, 2021 - Decanted for about an hour. Cloudy, slightly rusty, garnet appearance. Pure fresh red fruits, dark cherries and spice on the nose. Medium body. Mineral, slight fizz, fresh is still the right way to describe this. Low alcohol but perfect balance throughout. Fantastic. 12.5% abv
