December 26, 2019 - Way too young. Typical Morlet Cabernet that deftly balances power, complexity and elegance. Dark black currant, cocoa powder, crushed violets, and an earthy underbelly all combine for a classic Cabernet experience. Such an intoxicating fragrance is present on the nose and the palate is round and smooth yet structured. The oak is a bit too much at this point so either give it a long decant, or better yet wait for 10 years. This score has the potential to go higher.
