May 13, 2019 - Nose shows white flower, white peach and crushed rock. Palate is pretty full, lush and fruit forward with yellow peach and nectarine but with an underlying element that is something like anise, almost fruit skin bitter. The lush fruit is contained by the anise note along with a decent acidic backbone. Respectable finish.

February 19, 2019 - Blind tasted I would have said Riesling, as I had a lot of Rieslings lately and it had that citrusy character, lots of really lemonish scents, nice fresh and tart palate, a very enjoyable wine as a starter, but lacks a bit something. Maybe a bit overworked or technical ? Nice wine but I have not found the thrill in it...

January 6, 2019 - It was OK. I tried it because I had enjoyed the Bodegas Avancia Valdeorras Godello so much. But this just wasn't as good.

December 6, 2018 - One of the more interesting wines I've tasted this year. Aromas of green herbs and white pepper, similar to grüner veltliner. Tropical fruit, apples, and pears appear assertively on the palate. There is leesy depth and strong minerality and acidity, with a very long finish. Overall, this wine is exceptionally intense and complex. Unfortunately, the flavors don't add up to something I consider delicious.

September 14, 2018 - Alfonso X Conquista Cádiz y Sanlucar de Barrameda (El Portal - Alicante): Very young in the mouth, acid and unbalanced but at least on the nose presents memories of pears in syrup and smoked hay thanks to the treixadura grape. Right now to be drunk with antacids.

Muy joven en boca, ácido y desequilibrado pero al menos en nariz presenta recuerdos a peras en almíbar y a heno ahumado gracias a la treixadura. Ahora mismo para tomar con antiácidos.
