March 29, 2018 - Popped and poured to celebrate Mariners opening-night victory. Very delicate Volnay with restrained, floral red fruit, medium acid, light tannins, shortish finish. Put on a little weight after an hour or so. Very enjoyable and great value in perfectly aged and stored Burgundy from Garagiste.

March 16, 2018 - Michel & Marc Rossignol Vertical: This is a little more fragile but is in a wonderful drinking spot. Must characters mixed with very tender red fruit. It is hard to describe the texture as it is so soft.
I wouldn't decant this as it seems to be balanced on a pin as it is. This was a rough vintage but it has survived the decades and shown its metal.
