April 30, 2021 - Well made with loads of savoriness. 13.5% alcohol which works perfectly with this flavor profile. Drink or hold.

October 25, 2020 - Deep dark ruby. A: black pepper, cured olives, dried Provençal herbs, and a bit of spiced red fruit. F: palate matches the nose with a spicy mix of olive and cured meat and dark red fruit. Ends long and has a good freshness. Really nice!
Opened and drank over two days, no need to decant and interesting to track over an evening or two.
