April 12, 2020 - Pale straw in colour. Very modestly expressive nose dominated with green apple, lemon, floral notes. In general restraint.
On the palate: dry, light-bodied, crisp acidity and modest alcohol. More green apple and some minerality. Good finish.
Overall, it feels like a young riesling: enjoyable to drink now but not very complex or expressive. Maybe this will develop in something more interesting over time but for the moment I don't get the hype.1 person found this helpful Comment -

July 6, 2018 - Lemon & thyme. Sharp acidity and a long finish. I look forward to drinking the other bottle in 5 years time.
