  November 6, 2023 - My first of 4 bottles. Fruit faded quickly from the first sip resolving to a watery almost fruitless glass of wine in just minutes. This wine has been cellared at 55 since purchase. I would drink amongst a group of 3 or 4 in a mature wine type glass to hold the fading fruit. Based on this one bottle it appear past its prime.

  August 29, 2023 - This was still fresh and vibrant, although a light bodied Pinot which made it a very good accompaniment to earthy but lighter food.

  July 27, 2023 - Great aromatics on the nose (smells so yummy I don't even want to drink it!!) at 13 yrs beginning to brown around the edges, light/medium color. On the palate, it's balanced and smooth with a savory bent (as opposed to a strawberry/raspberry) but enough fruit to tie it all together. Wonderful bottle. Drink up, I think it's about as ready as it ever will be.
  
  And no, I didn't realize that these guys made a Pinot either! Go figure.
