  April 22, 2023 - Age has thickened up the flavour a bit. Still brilliantly clear, clean enticing nose, quite rich in mouth, acid balance just right. Showing a bit of its ripe vintage, probably at peak.

  April 10, 2018 - The nose was intense with saline-minerals up front, lime, and crushed stone. On the palate, I found soft, silky textures with yellow apple giving way to a cut of zesty acid and minerals. The finish was long with zesty minerals, citrus and saline-savory tones.

  Mineral, kelpy nose, subtle hint of peach, spice, tropical fruits.
  High acidity, predominantly gooseberry palate, hints of lime, apple, saline mineralite. Quite a creamy mouthfeel. Probably best in 2-5 years.
