March 5, 2019 - 2 hours isn't nearly enough for this one to open up. Lots of alcohol from beginning to end.
Full-bodied and leathery; with cloves, bitter chocolate, black cherry, black pepper and vanilla.
Chocolate tannins and zesty acidity with a long spicy finish.
6 years old, but I believe it should be aged for a few more years before full potential is achieved.
